In the general perception, th\u043ese are all who live on the streets, sleep in subways, at the train station or in abandoned, dilapidated and dangerous buildings. Fakulteta neighbourhood &#8211; Sofia<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to ETHOS \u2013 European Typology of Homelessness and Housing Exclusion, homeless people are not only those who are without a roof or housing, but also those who live in insecure or inadequate housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People living in insecure housing are people living in precarious and non-permanent housing, living in housing under threat of eviction or people living in housing under threat of violence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People living in inadequate housing are individuals living in temporary and unconventional structures (mobile homes, makeshift shelters, huts or shelters, semi-permanent facilities), as well as those living in inadequate or overcrowded housing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the two categories of people that we are working with in the frames of the #SOLACE-CEE project in the capital&#8217;s &#8220;Fakulteta\u201d neighbourhood.
