Innovation team meeting was organized in Budapest on 5th and 6th of December 2024, the event was held in the framework of the SOLACE-CEE project. As an introduction of the upcoming pilot phase, experts of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta (HCSOM) presented the basic framework behind telemedicine and other digital health services, while experts of partner organizations visited the local GP Office and Residental Health Shelter dedicated to the health improvement of people experiencing homelessness and met experts by experience group as well. In the agenda, the integration of health and social care were also discussed. Trauma informed care and housing first values were an important part discussed in the sessions.
